Since I'm doing nothing but streaming, would there be a noticeable difference in the viewing experience between the 2? TIA!

Thank you for this. I did a comparison and other than A14 vs A12X the iPad Pro is superior in every way. Brighter, Face ID, usb c charging and saves Wp bucks over this. Works with same gen keyboard and pencil as well. Going to cancel Walmart order!

Yup and quad speakers on the Pro vs stereo on the Air

Also the 120hz display alone is killer. Such a gorgeous screen.

I feel like the people that want a 600$ apple product, either already paid full price a long time ago or 60$ is not even going to be close to enough of a discount for them to purchase it.

Not really. It's about refresh cycles. I bought my iPad 3 years ago and want to upgrade now. Probably millions of people each month going through the same refresh cycle though. Also people don't all get money to buy at the same times, there's supply constraints plaguing availability in 2021 as well. These have actually been hard to find even at msrp

Up to 6 accounts get Apple Music subscriptions on their devices, 2TB of cloud storage (mostly photos), with extra perks like Apple Arcade, news subscriptions and Apple+. It's $30, if you don't need to storage they have a cheaper tier. It makes sense once you have 2+ people who had music subscriptions plus basically any level of iCloud storage.
