I posted this deal last week and it is $50 more(yes, about 45% more) and is better in all ways. 14" vs 12" screen, 64gb vs 32gb, newer CPU(has less cores but is rated about double as fast on single core), Wifi 6.
edit: just checked and that deal is expired and was also only for Costco members. Leaving post for reference of other Chromebook with better specs for refernece if it helps anyone.

Lenovo Chromebook tablet will be supported until 2028, this Samsung is until 2028.
https://support.google.
Lenovo does not have keyboard despite being a around $60 purchase.
The best one was spin 713 with excellent display. But i5 was overkill for chrome os and installing windows is difficult.
The next best processor ( for under $90 ) for chrome book is Intel N4XXX. And Samsung had best keyboard but bad display in their non fhd versions.
Finally I realized it's easy to convert a windows laptop to chrome book but not reverse. So returned all chromebooks and bought a $300 Dell i3 laptop.
ChromeOS is best in elementary school scenario anything else windows / Mac / Linux should be used.
I was wondering the same thing until I read in this thread that this does not have a touch screen. I primarily want a tablet for reading so I suspected that form factor would be best. But I might be willing to sacrifice a little comfort for the keyboard of this was better in other areas as well. But, the lack of a touch screen would make this inadequate for the main purpose I am purchasing a Chromebook for.
This looks like a great deal if typing is more important than reading as a tablet and having a touch screen.
So as previously stated, they are different enough that it depends on your main use case.

So you got a chromebook and want to install windows. then decided on a windows laptop and want to install chromeos. lol.
Was new to Chromebooks. Saw Chromebook limitations and Since the spin 713 Chromebook specs were great thought of converting it to windows machine then explored installing windows but found not easy or not worth the effort. MSOffice ecosystem and application ide was my main use case so returned Chromebooks.
