weird thing happened at T tonight.. I got a bayer meter for 18.99 and used the 30 MQ.. just wanted to try it out cause I heard several people reporting getting a k1 and getting overage with it. Anyway, it beeped and I am not sure what the screen said, but my jedi cashier looked confused.. I grabbed the meter, and she scanned it, and told me should could only take off 18.99, and I told her that was fine with me.. Anyway, as I was paying, the LOD came by with her hand held computer thing and asked where the "coupon" was? The cashier looked in the drawer for a minute and didn't find it. LOD just asked "was it valid" and she said" yes, it just couldn't be entered for 30.00".. and she left. Anyone ever seen that? It was almost like the value of the q sent a message to the computer system to authorize or something???
I found a $5/$75 CRT blowing around outside in the back yard right after the kids' Easter egg hunt on Sunday. I was checking for any too-well-hidden eggs, and it literally blew like right onto my shoe. Like it had a magnetic attraction to me or something....
I'm still putting together the run I'm gonna use it on.
I'm thinking that someone else (the hunt was for my two boys, the neighbors, and a bunch of the neighbors' family) bought eggs/candy from Target the night before and the CRT was stuck in the sack when they brought it outside for the hunt.
I'm sure they'll never miss it.
