I was grateful that my ex bf always sat; never had to break from my once a week cleaning schedule. But I could see how sitting might be difficult for someone who is well-hung. Embarrassment
In a household with 4 females, my DH and 4-yr-old DS learned to SIT to pee. woot

The funny sight to see is DS sitting and HOLDING DOWN his peepee to avoid aiming outside. laugh out loud (DH taught him this as soon as he was potty-trained.)

Good evening everyone.. well, maybe it is night time now.

weird kind of day.. started trying to teach my 16 yo how to drive today.. 2 minutes into the trip, he overturns the wheel when turning right, then freaks with panic and hits the gasEEK! and drove right up onto the curb and into the grass.. we calm down, he continues and I am a nervous wreck. I let him drive a few more minutes and after some sudden stops and starts I decided enough for today and take the wheel.. later, back at home, I check the tire, notice it is scuffed up and move along. When DH see us tonight he freaks.. starts yelling about the tire and shows me a huge tear in the side of the tire. so, he is out changing the tire in the 95 degree weather not happy at all. I guess I get to go buy a new tire tomorrow. And to think, I have 3 more to teach after him. When the baby is ready to drive in 15 years, I may too old and need a valiumWink now, I am thinking of sending him to his uncles house for a few weeks to learn to drive. My lesson to him today.. when faced with danger, hit the biggest pedalbulb

I did manage to go coupon scouting.. sadly, no twizzlers coupons here.. but I did find a few of the coupon booklets at publix with the bogo smart water coupon.. and I found a few more of the dasani essence coupons - they are 01 and I know some of you frequent kmart , so if you need a few, PM me.

I have this odd obsessive dislike of seeing a toilet with the seat up (LTP, are you here to share my OCD on this one??? Big Grin ) - I'm irrationally convinced that latent poo germs are going to constantly stream out of the toilet bowl and head across the bathroom to end up on my toothbrush. vomit
Me too... glad I'm not the only one with this craziness. I'm constantly putting lids down.

Quote from mama2cole :
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... I totally have this obsession also. It drives me crazy and makes me sick to just think about it. When I had wicked bad morning sickness I used to lift the lid and close my eyes to vomit and then shut it all back up before I would open my eyes again. Gross... now I feel like I need to go and take a shower.
I keep 5qt ice cream buckets handy. Any hint of nausea, and that's my buddy (and also handed to anyone who complains of feeling yucky.) Much easier to dump and sterilize (well, it helps my little phobia to feel like it is).

No twiz q's here. Where are ya'll finding them? Thanks!

For those of you having problems with fandango, what does the screen say? I bought 5 tickets tonight, but the first time I tried, I was able to redeem 2, then screen said I needed a credit card on file. I restarted and it let me use them all the next time. Don't know what was up with that, but if that's the message your getting, just try again till it works.

My only suggestion, some place that has no curbs (or anything else closeby) that can be hit. I learned to drive on the lot (over 1/2 acre) next to our house on a stick shift. Only after we mastered 'the lot', did we get 'permission' to move further. (in busy cities, maybe a vacant church parking lot (assuming he can avoid hitting the light poles) on OFF church days might be a good place to start). And later in training, Mama found a mostly deserted country road with a steep hill that we got to practice stopping and starting with a stick shift on the hill. We did that damn hill every day for over 3 weeks until I got really good at it.

Also, I have a co-worker that is quite the record keeper. He made all of his children have a selected number of hours of dry, day driving. A different number for dry, night driving, a new number for wet, day driving and finally another number of wet, night driving. His middle child was desparate, as it never seemed to rain at night, so her driving lessons took longer than the other two, as he wouldn't bend on his rules.

how did I get behind 8 pages in chat!?! I went running all around the green earth trying to get me hands on one of the white baby cribs at T that are being clearenced. Went to my usual store find 0 ask him to do a inventory search, he finds 2 at a store 50 miles away....got home 40 miles in the other direction talk to DH, he keeps the 4 kids, I go by myself to the far far away store that is supposed to have 2, they have 0, they do an inventory search find one at another store another 20 miles farther from my house I said F THIS...call the other store thell them to bring it up to CS cause of my long invovled story, girl finally comes back and says they dont have one either GRRRRRRR! whatever you do, do not trust the inventory search thing-y, always call 1st b4 driving 60+ miles away. ^The End.

I feel like I am totally missing out on all the Qs, is the yahoo thing still goings ons? I dont even know what pdfs are even out there right now. Anyone wanna throw me a bone? Big Grin

LMAO LMAO you guys are cracking me up with these stories...
Okay, so here is my funny kid speak story. I am 24 weeks preggers and my belly is HUGE on my (used to be) skinny size 0 body. Had DS 6 y/o and DD 4 y/o with me at T searching the 75% off racks for fat belly clothes, There is another pregnant woman at the same rack. While I'm looking and holding up a dress I say to my DD 'what do you think, do you like it? will mommies pregnant belly fit in there?'...I continue on looking and DS age 6 breaks into convo w/ DD age 4..."Hey Teige', you know where the baby comes out from?....the PRIVATES ewwwww" The other pregnant lady found this so funny she was pee-ing her pants. They say the darndest things right!
