Thanks . I tried to stick to really conservative stuff at first, but after 7 weeks, may need to branch out a little. I don't know a good chiropractor, teri, but my SM's BFF swears by them and that was her suggestion the minute she saw me when they were in town. May need to find one.
Amd my mom has had the shots before and she keeps telling me to go do that. At this point, the doctor/NP will probably get more aggressive, so we will see.
