Tempting, but "Please note that this product is non-returnable and non-refundable."

Not sure I want to roll the dice on shipping damage and having to wait for an insurance or a warranty claim.

This is why I don't buy from newegg

The LG partner site (if you have access to it) has this for $1615 plus tax and shipping which may be somewhere around 60 bucks.. does not come with a burn in coverage or anything. But wondering if upsie insurance can cover that on top of it.

Personally feel like Costco 2% executive cashback and Costco return policy makes it better deal. Am I correct? This is cheaper by a few bucks than Costco this has $175 giftcard. Costco has $100 streaming card.
Costco streaming card is for garbage that I wouldn't ever want. Their "protection plan" doesn't even cover burn-in.
It's a tough choice except that I live 1 mile from Costco.

Is it possible to "sell" that streaming card?

And right now you get 5 years total protection plan for free with Costco. Definitely go with Costco. And for those that worry about burn-in, don't, unless you keep your screen on 24/7 and leave it on the same content like a bottom ticker on news channels. Not saying it doesn't happen, but they've gotten alot better with these panels.

Yeah last year they did have Hulu you can use it on. I realized now its a bunch of random newer streaming services that I do not plan on starting.

Just bought the 65" LG C1 from Best Buy last Thursday. Got the 5 year warranty. Going to see if they will PM New Egg. I wouldn't buy this tv online. The hassle to return is not worth it if anything were to happen. Also the benefit of a local place for warranty is a huge plus IMO if you ever need it.

...I bought this TV last week, and while there the Costco store person reminded me that if I had the Costco credit card, it added 2 years to the warranty. So, for $1799 I have this TV under full warranty for 7 (SEVEN) years. I can't imagine it makes it that long, but in my opinion, that's yet another great reason to buy at Costco.

I bought my C1 at Costco last holiday while it was running similar deals, just keep in mind the Costco warranty does NOT cover screen burn in.

I owned an LG B7 for nearly 4 years before this and replaced it finally because my old TV started getting burn in. Just from gaming/movie/streaming, never watching CNN or anything like that. It hit over 25k hours before it got burn in so its fine with me, replacing an OLED every 4-6 years is something I just factor in.

I donated my old TV to a local shelter and they don't notice it at all while its tuned in to kids PBS shows, it only shows up when the screen is very red or yellow.

I bought the 65 inches from BestBuy two Fridays ago. Was watching Yellowstone yesterday and Kevin Costner knocked on a door looking for Tate and the screen went black and won't turn back on. I have a red light that responds to the remote but screen still won't turn on. BestBuy is going to deliver a new one tomorrow and take the busted one away. I don't buy extended warranties but I surely will use a return policy/window for devices. TV is/was pure amazing though.

Kind of crazy through green toe I got the C7 65" for $1600. Yet these new ones still have yet to break that price

25000 hours in 4 years? Isn't that like 17 hours a day? That's like a lot of media consumption.

If you are only getting burn in after 4 years with 17 hrs/day, then I have nothing to worry about lol.
