Legion 5i, the Intel version, with RTX 3070, will perform similarly as both having same 130W TGP 3070. Legion 5 may have slightly higher frame rates if you enable the MUX switch which this Gigabyte one lacks. But the 300 Hz 1080p panel on this is faster and has lower response time than the 165Hz panel in Legion 5.
I hope this is great deal. So I have been looking for a gaming laptop. Can anyone provide an input on this one? From GPU to adding extra RAM and of course the price seems good. Don't know about MIR but I guess i can work with it.
The next halvening and ETH switching to PoS is gonna rek you guys.
Maybe those who jumped in late and paid inflated prices for GPUs. I planned on eth going POS in June but that looks like it will not happen now until 2023. Anything after June is extra for me.
This seems to be the perfect balanced work/play laptop model? with the 130W 3070 and 15.4 screen size it's fairly portable too. According to review no MUX so battery life probably suck. Any word on chances of getting Samsung VRAM?
