I bought the attached deal about 10 days. So far no issues. I've been using it strictly for Amazon workspace.
My only complaint is the webcam is pretty crappy. Proper lighting helps, but def worse than my other laptop.
As for the screen, I haven't noticed any issues. If you're watching movies I guess there may be an issue?… but for regular work/video calls it's great.
I have it propped up and use it with a monitor and I don't have. Any viewing issues.

You may be better off checking Dell Outlet for a new Latitude.
The i3 is 20% faster single-core, while the 5500U is 19% faster multi-core.
I'd call that on par. It all depends on whether you prefer 4 faster cores or 6 slower cores.
