Local Home Depot (23116) had 4 Traeger Pro Series 22" Pellet Grills/Smokers on clearance 40% off. Checking Brickseek, only one other location in my area shows these on clearance (my store doesn't show up, presumably because they now only have 3 in stock), so this is very YMMV.

Blows my mind that people downvote deals like this. So it's not available to you locally and you're bitter about it? Some of these deals might be available to you down the line… wouldn't you want to know them?

I Agree. Maybe it works for you and maybe it doesnt but give the OP a thumbs up for giving you a heads up so you can check if it is available by you.

I wonder if it is worth popping into a few stores to see if they are discounted on the floor but not showing on BS?

I've noticed that the stores I've seen on BS showing these on clearance completely drop from BS (rather than showing OOS), presumably once stock drops below a certain level. My store never showed up on BS at all. So if you check BS and stores near you are missing from the inventory checker, it may be worth giving them a call or a visit, especially if the HD website shows they have low inventory.

So far I've found hits in 23116, 27523, and 29626.

Thanks for the kind words. I very much agree with all of this.

One of the first comments on my first-ever post was simply "here's your downvote." I get that we don't want to clutter the front page with low-chance deals, but several SDers on that thread were able to find that deal. That experience had me second-guess even posting this, but ultimately felt that even if one other SDer had success with this it was well worth it. I don't often find something to contribute to this community, and I want to give back whenever I can.

I appreciate y'all restoring my faith a little bit! Fingers crossed more stores near each of you mark these down in the next day or two.

I think the downvote is more along the lines of brickseek being inaccurate, so the deals are nearly unattainable.

On a side note, this line of traeger is not very dependable based on the feedback on the traeger forums. So now we have a deal that is nearly unattainable, for a product that is not very good.

I bought this exact model 3 years ago from HD for the same price. I now have so many hours on it and so much good food (I love making pizza on it), this is a great buy.

They almost never clearance these around me, the weather here is never really too cold for grilling so they're always full price.

92026 Escondido has like 40 got one. This sat Sunday they are going To be an extra 15% off.
They did mine for 390-50$ so I don't have to go back and price adjust

got one for $276.9.

Was on clearance for $390, they had some kind of tag saying Clearance Sale 29% off. I did the math and saw $649*.71 didn't equal $390 it was $460. So i said the 29% off was on top of $390. Associate called the register manager and didn't argue with that logic. She had tried to call the store manager but they didn't pick up, so they just let me have the 29% discount.
