It's kind of like renaming your Freedom card "Sapphire Reserve" and expecting to get free lounge access​
My offer has the "Offer valid one time on new line of wireless service" line. I will try and do a return if things don't pan out but I'll update you guys in a few days.
Screenshot added. The category was changed manually but I don't think it matters. I've done it in the past for 5% categories and it never made a difference. I was just humoring it.

Unfortunately last day to return is today but I had this offer back in 01/22 and it took me weeks to get the offer credit despite not moving to redeemed either so I'm holding out on hope.
