Update: I reached out to CC and I got standard Chase offer reply. I countered saying offer is not expired and purchase was made on time. No reply yet but it did move to redeemed! I will go to store today with my other card and buy couple things too!

My offer mentioned for new services. Decided to try anyway. Purchased 2 separate orders for accessories online on 3/4. Posted on 3/6. Check today, 3/11 and chase offer moved to Redeemed.

Purchased on 2/25 online two accessory orders over 37.5. Posted 2/28. Still haven't been moved to redeemed yet.

Unfortunately last day to return is today but I had this offer back in 01/22 and it took me weeks to get the offer credit despite not moving to redeemed either so I'm holding out on hope.
