Why post this? Well, many of you are still looking to acquire trade-ins for your recent Samsung S22 Ultra / S8 S8+ S8 Ultra tablet purchases. Here's the cheapest (currently) phone that gets you $500 value as a trade in for the tablets.

Yes. On the refurbs the sim card is IN the phone, so take it out and toss it. Or use the phone until trade-in time. Up to you.

Sorry I've only ever done a return. Tracfone's systems are old and slow, unsure if you can cancel before shipment without calling.

Are you confusing this with Cricket? There is no unlimited plan enforced like Cricket or Metro for some phone deals at Total Wireless. You can get the lowest plan, which is $25 1GB data, unlimited talk/text.
