Mouse that is very light and very responsive wireless. Helps prevent a lot of carpal tunneling for me.
g502 lightspeed should be sufficient.

this model is really intended for gamer-specific use cases in gaming: lighter base model, slightly better latency, and upgraded glide pads.

I've owned both, and the superlight is superior, but both are still plagued by double click issues. it's about a $20 difference when both go on sale, from my POV,

IMO That's a negligible difference for a tool I use daily, but my priorities are different as I do definitely game at a competitive type level.

if you are looking for longevity for daily tasks without the need of a manufacturer specific/ or ergo specific mouse, I'd honestly recommend looking at the Razer wireless mouse that use optical switches, as they don't have double click issues and tend to be cheaper overall. (coming from a Logitech fanboy)
Razer products always break on me and Logitech customer service is unparalleled imo.

I'm not into fps games. Should I get this or the wireless g502 lightspeed?

I would go for the light speed. More buttons, free scrolling wheel, and you can side scroll too. I love mine because it's a good balance for gaming and productivity

If you're shopping for a productivity mouse. I suggest getting the mxmaster 2 or 3. The g502 is also a gaming mouse but heavier than this lightspeed.

Get a wired mouse if you want less latency and to avoid dying batteries during a critical point in your online gaming session.
The amount of latency is not discernable vs wired. This has been tested multiple times. However it running out of battery is true unless you get the charging mousepad. Or remembering to charge regularly.

Either way, I have this mouse and the powerplay mousepad and it's the best setup I've used. I've used a number of mouses(10+) and stuck with this one. However it's stupidly overpriced. It should have an MSRP at $100 and be $70 or less by now. The only reason it's not is that there's almost no competition in wireless superlight mouses.

Also if you've never used a superlight mouse, it may be a bit shocking. Some people prefer to have some weight. This thing feels like a paper mouse, it is really, really light.

Lastly, mine had bad surface wear within 4 months. However, Logitech replaced it instantly without any issue.

G602, if you can get it cheap ($40) or G604. The recent Master 2S is better for $51.

G502 is great, not worth it for money they want for wireless version.

Master series is way to go if you use specifically for productivity

Gas/grocery/inflation, maybe?

Does this mouse have the typical shit Logitech switches that fail after a year?
