isn't this the everyday Costco in store price for this shed when it's in stock ? I was in the store about two weeks ago and seemed to have the same price I didn't see like an additional $100 savings / coupon book or anything like that

Roof slope is not ideal if locating next to the foundation. Don't want water directed into the foundation unless there is a plan to capture it and redirect it. Other locations, not has concerning.

Don't recommend Suncast at all. Purchased two similar Suncast sheds from a previous deal in November for $499 each. The quality is horrendous, a lot of the plastic pieces were warped and didn't fit properly. Costco took them back cause their return policy is amazing, but the hassle of having to rent a uhaul and loading/unloading to return these was obviously a pain. The plastic used in my 3 year olds kitchen play set is superior.

+1 to this. I have this shed (it's a great shed) and attached a gutter system with downspout to reroute the water. It's easy to do but just costs extra for the parts. Still love this shed.
