Good to run an OS off of right? Have a corrupt OS going with a new HD and new OS. Just easier.

$109 at BHPhoto and BestBuy for anyone that refuses to give NewEgg their money because they've screwed them in the past. I'd gladly give $15 extra to someone else rather then give 1 cent to Newegg again!

I create bootable backups on a 2017 MacBook Pro and see 500-1000 MB/s using the Mac's USB-C port. Boots fast too. If you don't use the supplied cable, speeds can be slower.
