At this price, an 11th gen i5 and 16gb is smokin at the refurb price if you get a good one. The SD threads back around the holidays about the refurb reported some folks who had bad experiences with different components breaking down. Mine came looking like new. Worst comes to worst you return it back to Wallyworld. AFAIK they don't have restocking charges, so you can run it through its paces until the return timeline ends.
One more thing: YT had a review of this laptop to be able to do a BIOS tweak that improved the performance of the laptop:

see about 2:10 in the "BIOS settings" section of the video. I tried doing this myself, but couldn't discern any difference in performance so maybe i did it wrong...
At this price, I'd take this over a $150 Chromebook any day, but yeah, you might be rolling the dice a little bit. I've had no problems though.
That said, the specs (per component) look great for the price. Both CNET and notebookcheck say that holds up with their integration. Review links below.

I posted the above so you know it's available on their Q&A section on their website. You should verify them yourself.

I don't think it has a touchscreen from some random site reviews I have found.
I cant find a driver page for future use on their site either. It just loads the spec page when you hit "driver downloads".

They are made by EVOO
He ups the performance by changing the TDP power wattages to 30w from 15w. Looks pretty decent.
