Correct. It's super overkill for the 1080p video editing I do now. But should be still be a beast in 5 years.

This deal is tempting, but it appears the i9 build also has other benefits outside the CPU and GPU, the Lian Li case, the RAM.

severely lacking of i/o ports…

ibuypower usually cheaps out on the something and the mobo looks to be it
