I have an older Galaxy Note 10, BestBuy is offering $450 for in-store trade-in. Unlocked 256 gb S22 is has reduced -100 price at $750

$750 + $50 tax - $450 (trade-in) = $350

Samsung has an elevated trade-in currently as well, but they are only offering $375 on my Note 10.

Sad to say I think the $900 unlocked ultra deal ended at midnight. Sorry. Ha, still have that Moto G Power 2020. Was my daily driver forever durning pandemic, now my second fiddle but still goes with me daily. Battery that just won't quit. But you will enjoy how much smoother these nicer phones run. Doing a Pixel 6 currently as I like the more basic android skin. . .

Think they were referring to the Samsung TIV promo towards unlocked phones. That is still active, and seems like the only thing they would have a 3 month timeframe for. All their normal TIV and sales prices sheets the reps have get replaced every week, 2 max.

But who knows for sure. . .

Here's your update: new line showed up when the phone arrived in store & new sim was activated by bb rep. Took anothe hour for them to figure out how to do that.

Was trivial to cancel immediately - I just chatted with tforce and they had it done in minutes. Unsure if it gets prorated or not, but honestly I don't care either way. My AAL on Simple choice is only $10 +taxes, so it doesn't really make much difference.

thx for update! BB rep said there wasn't an option to open a new line when i got mine in store so i had to settle for "upgrade"

can the enhanced trade in value be used to purchase a verizon s22? i know it officially says unlocked but would it work? (to be clear i dont want verizon bill credits. i want the bb offer)

It says unlocked. But why would you get the Verizon over unlocked for the same price? Just get the unlocked and put in your Verizon sim

There's an extremely slim chance the employee will sell you the verizon version. I suppose you could return it unopened and buy the version you want.

Is there even anything different besides the carrier bloatware?

I thought the unlocked version didn't have complete 5g Verizon coverage. But looks like it does. Not 100% sure though
