It is completely useless, it feels clumsy , does not feel like it was developed well enough with its own software overlay. Instead, they loaded their basic echo show OS on a large 15" screen and called it a day.
I don't believe this is a finished product , it requires more work, we returned ours and just use a Fire Hd 10 Plus with a standing case instead.

Exactly same for me. Ended up keeping my Show 10 (2nd ver). Figure by time I *really* need to upgrade they'll have v2 out for the 15" and it'll include custom software.

Just out of curiosity, I was thinking about trading in one of mine, but it seemed that the fine print about the discount didn't include the ECHO Show 15, and it didn't seem like it would give you a discount code until after they received your trade-in. Were you actually able to get it to go through?
