It's a great smart hub but it's flawed by Amazon. My Google Hub is excellent for keep my Photos displaying photos. Why can't Amazon do the same.
I would still recommend this but know that it can't keep your photos display on continuously.

It's a great smart hub but it's flawed by Amazon. My Google Hub is excellent for keep my Photos displaying photos. Why can't Amazon do the same.

1. They didn't get my trade-in (which they did and I provided tracking info)
2. The 25% is off the price of the sale price, not the MSRP (I got a lighting sale + 25% off so this was a big deal)
3. 15-20 days later they had no record that the product I purchased was associated with a 25% off deal
Took my 2 hours of dealing with multiple Amazon reps and had to escalate it to a manager before I got my full 25% off. Here's my advice:
1. Take a snapshot of the Amazon add showing the 25% off is specific to this product
2. Chat with Amazon and ask that they send you an email stating that you will get 25% off if your trade-in is accepted.
I'm still waiting for another 25% off refund for an Echo 5 that I purchased (traded in an Echo Dot). I am not looking forward to the call to Amazon to rectify this.
BTW - I just tried to see if I can get instant 25% off with an old Echo Dot I have and it did not work so I would need to wait 15-20 days before getting the 25% off refund.
No way to do it earlier. You just have to wait and hope the deal will still be on. On a prior sale I tried to do a trade in and the day before my trade in was processed the sale ended and Amazon would not adjust the price. But then the price was even lower on the next sale so it worked out. There will always be another sale.
