FYI: PayPal Gold cash back can take 60-90 days to register the purchase and show up on your account. I can confirm this works as I got an email confirmation from PayPal later in the day after purchase.

Keep in mind: if you already have PIA, the time can be added to your account, but will probably need to be "merged" by customer support, which is what I did and is extremely easy.
If you are purchasing the Antivirus as well, you will have to merge your old account into the newer one in order to use it as the AV login is linked only to the new account # (and apparently they can't change this). My original account PayPal info was not "updated" apparently, which may have caused it to not be added in the first place, but I can't confirm this either. Either way, the payment is still through PIA and should still be eligible for the cash back offer.
AFAIK the Dedicated IP shouldn't be an issue since you can add that on to your account at any time. Not sure though, as I didn't sign up for that (sounds pretty "meh" IMO).

The cash back credit should show up in 60-90d. I guess time will tell! Either way, if you were interested in PIA anyway, their current pricing is decent with the current discount.

What is also interesting is that I already have an existing PIA account but it used my Paypal email address which is different than the email I have an account with. Not a big deal, but just a heads-up. I'm sure you could prob merge the account if you needed to.
