I would regard this as the BEST balanced version of the BEST balanced laptop that has been released in the past few years. It checks basically every box for every user looking at a powerful laptop, not just gamers. If I hadn't gotten a great deal on an Asus M16 for $1300 last year, this would be the exact spec and price point where I would instantly purchase a Legion 5 Pro. In fact, if I had any chance of reselling my M16 for what I paid for it, I would swap it for this no questions asked.
I snagged one too, but it never shipped and I called them and they said it was on back order. Ended up getting one from B&H [bhphotovideo.com].

Get the B&H Payboo Card [bhphotovideo.com] and it will be tax-free… $1599 and you get 32 GB of RAM and it's advertised as a 1 TB SSD, but mine came with two 1 TB SSD's. It also comes with windows 11 Professional instead of Home. So basically, if you pay with the Payboo card, you get 16GB more RAM, Windows 11 Pro and, if you're lucky like I was, two 1 TB drives, for around $100 more.
The build quality on the Lenovo is fantastic. Not a bit of flex in a 5+lb laptop. Screen is amazing, keys are good, but not great for a laptop. Ports galore. The screen is fantastic - I know I said that before, but it's worth repeating: 2K, 400 nits. Plus the Lenovo will run off of a USB-C power supply . That's been a surprisingly nice feature.

That said, I paid the same amount 8 months ago for half the RAM. The price should be coming down on these, especially since we've got new stuff around the corner.

Just set your auto refresh to check every few minutes. It comes and goes multiple times a day. Easier to return to Walmart if there are any issues. I ended up not keeping it and just dropped it off at the local Walmart after trying it out for 3 weeks.

I would agree on build quality for Lenovo. I have an X1 Carbon from work from 2018, i7-8th gen and it's a light very thin and fast workhorse connected to two 1440p monitors, it runs like a desktop. Love the light weight and it's portability. I don't game with it, just talking about Lenovo general build quality. Chinese owners have kept up the old IBM Thinkpad build quality.

... I actually just bought this, but the version off eBay from an authorized reseller (1tb hard drive instead of 512g, $10 cheaper) already. Have been really happy with the 1650Ti Legion 5 previous gen that I got at the beginning of the pandemic ... am sure the 5 pro will resolve the one major issue with it that I had (screen) and will upgrade it dramatically, pretty excited. I got the legion 5 pro with intel chip, 3070, 32gb and 1TB SSD for roughly $1700 (including cash back and tax) a month back for gaming. Fantastic machine, excellent build quality, runs elden ring smoothly. I have the latest M1 Max Macbook pro as well for programming work and graphic design, and I must say I enjoy this machine as much as I enjoy my macbook!

It pops in and out of stock. It was available just a few hours ago and will probably come back into stock. Has been doing the same thing for weeks now.Is
Is this the same as the Landover Hills, MD pickup/local delivery? Because it's showing "Check Store availability" as opposed to out of stock. Has this been changing?

What are the options if we have issues via this EBay purchase? Would it be easier to return to Walmart. eBay purchases can scare me with these types of buys lol
