When I checked last night, I saw several stores with limited sizes/inventory of the Grid around $13.95 each, but with ridiculous shipping prices. If you are one of the lucky ones though, your local bike shop may have them that cheap in the size you need.

The cheapest I've seen a Control is $32.50 plus shipping.

If you look at alot of those sites, they all look the same. My guess is that
they are local bike shops with a web presence provided by some kind of generic web developer, and the stores aren't actually shipping anything. I just bought some Specialized tires a month ago and decided to pay a little more to get it from a reliable website in a timely manner.
