That sounds like a lot of work! And you have to use Facebook. No thanks.

Probably because it's a complete pain in the ass to meet someone to do the exchange for $10. Not sure what your time is worth

But still, the time involved just doesn't seem worth it, I sell the extra batteries from kits on ebay usually, no mess, no fuss. 5 minutes and done. I don't have to worry about "is this still available" and "would you take half the asking price"
dont you have to worry about the buyer saying its broken or never got certain things in it and get charged back? They do that all the time in the gaming side?

I do mostly vintage electronics and funko pops, only had an issue once and I let ebay resolve it, he was a total scammer though

Yeah i have seen to many people sale decent games and the buyer puts a fake board in snes games and ebay sides with them. So they have to give money back the buyer ships back now fake games so they get double screwed.

Am thinking of redoing drawers and cabinet doors in the kitchen. Would the Ryobi router work better than a table saw for making dadoes and rabbets? Don't have a table saw and not sure I want to invest in one, for space and cost reasons,

WS3681Can someone recommend a good strategy to enter the Ryobi 18v line while picking up their pole saw? It's pricing just buying it straight out.
Before purchasing a power pole saw, you should seriously consider the Jameson 21 foot manual pole saw sold by Home Depot online. This pole saw is not a piece of junk like the Fiskars 14 foot manual pole saw. The Jameson poles alone sell for $178.00, and the blade assembly is $31.00 This is a professional tool and worth every penny. With this pole saw, I was able to cut 10 inch thick oak limbs twenty-plus feet high. Since it is unsafe to cut limbs directly above your head, having longer poles keeps you at a safer angle. The poles consist of three 6 foot length and one 3 foot length. It takes time to learn the skills necessary to control a 21 foot long pole saw. I am 61 year old and less than 5 foot 9 tall. I was able to do it and found that it was great fun learning how to handle such a pole. I did it every day to build up my strength. It's definitely a challenge. I'll tell you one thing, it's very exciting to drop 20 foot high limbs to the ground! It's important to wear head and eye protection. Also, watch for loose limbs. You might be cutting a branch, but some other dead branch can unexpectantly fall! You've got to be aware. It's safer to cut the limbs before spring time, so the leaves don't obstruct your view as much.

It probably comes down to how fast you want to finish your project. Depending on how big the dado are and the material, the little trim router is probably going to need to do a lot of passes per dado. A table saw with a dado stack can do it in one pass. If you are going to use a dado stack, you have to make sure you get a saw that has an arbor long enough to support a dado stack. A regular wired router may be another choice. You get more power and can use larger bits than the trim router.

I'm confused, hedge trimmer doesn't show sold out but also won't work with the deal in my cart. Anyone know why?

Online seems more limited than in-store. I tried to buy the battery+free tool and get the Inverter but it would not work online. I went to the store and it worked just fine. Just how it is.

Totally agree with everything hjohn said. You can get by making dadoes and rabbets with this router, you will just need to take multiple passes and a good edge guide. The edge guide for this can be found online for around $20 or you can go with any straight edge.

FYI: I was able to get the online chat to get me the smaller recip saw and the timmer/edger even though it's not in the list anymore but still in stock.

Had to kind of force the issue with false advertising and they did it.

Did you just talk to regular chat? Where did you find an advertisement with the trimmer/edger on it? I'm interested in getting the blower, but that isn't in the ad like the trimmer. They gave you both tools for buying one set of batteries?

Those tools deals seem crazy. I have spent 350 already. What I get: 3x 4Ah + 2x 2Ah + 1x 1.5Ah batteries, 1 charger and 1 fast charger, impact driver, 3/8 impact wrench, drill, multi-tool, reciprocating saw, 5.5 inch circular saw, work light.
I also spent another 70 dollars on Sun Joe's blower and hedge trimmer with 2 2Ah 24v batteries and chargers.
I don't even think I will use them all.

I'm wondering the same thing - how do you push the issue with the blower in chat since it's not pictured in the ad for the sale?
