I went through my perks at works account, but I didn't receive an additional discount. I haven't ordered yet. How did you get one?
Same here if I sign in and then click the link from this deal (including refreshing the page).
The price only dropped to $369.99 when I manually clicked to shop their memorial day desktop deals page for desktops (probably would work with a site search too or other means of getting to the product page as well).
Is there a PCIE slot for a GPU? Also, is the PSU enough to handle a low end/budget GPU?
The standard configuration includes a 310 watt PSU. There is an option to upgrade to a 400 watt PSU for $25 more. Additionally, they offer GPU upgrades including a 1650 Super, 1660 Super and a 3060, so yes a GPU that doesn't require additional power should work fine in this system. I am thinking of buying one to use with a spare 1650 that I have lying around. I had originally planned to build a low-end machine, but at this price, it is easier to just buy this pre-built.
Saw this deal 399.99 two days ago. Tried to buy same computer 1 hour ago. Now 449.99. Complained to chat rep. - they can change "sale price" at any time. Not customer friendly! Checked 230pm today. Price is back to 399.99 (basic price). Called HP to look for price adjustment. First they said they could not adjust. Informed rep I had chat id# from day before when I inquired about increase. Checked and re checked finally WILL do $50.00 adjustment to my credit card.
