However, the 5500-2, this model, and the identically performing Coway AP-1512HH Mighty are always the top three recommended products for best value to performance in an air purifier.
Another thing you could do is get two of these and place them in opposite corners of the room, or in different rooms all together. Using two of these will be less expensive and move more air than a 400s (or any other high end model, for that matter).
So if you want to be truly slick, double down on this or a Winex 5500-2. If you only want a single unit and don't mind paying extra, the 400s is a great option too.
