It is SMR so it has slower write speeds.
Not great for anything other than a backup drive, not a main boot drive.
It depends on what's your use case. For most regular home users whose use case is to store the files, it doesn't matter. But if you are planning to run something off it - I would 'recommend' CMR. But it costs at least 50% more.

Guess it's still better than a WD800BB-63JKC0 though. (yes PATA)

Hmm price changed back, I could have thought Newegg had the same price but that's now back too... Maybe it'll be back.

Be aware of a few things. There is no way in hell this drive should be included in a NAS array, period.
WD Blue drives are the lowest quality drive WD offers and according to other forums their reliability is not so great.
This is a very slow drive. With the newest Windows operating systems a 5,400 rpm HD with a small cache will drive you to tears as a primary drive. The only use I could envision for this HD is to archive large amounts of files and leave them alone. Other than that, move on.

Most likely this drive is an older used drives.
No it's a "white label" drive meaning it's supplied by WD as an OEM drive to a manufacturer. WD assumes no warranty responsibility so if you do experience a failure, it's up to the seller alone to provide any warranty, the terms disclosed during the sale.

Glad to see the SMR comment I almost purchased a few. I though the SMR issue was over but sadly they still exist.

"Enterprise Grade" means that they are used 24x7 in some datacenter for years pulled and was replaced by a higher capacity one. I know, I have servers with these 4tb drives that are about 8-9 years old in my workplace that we are planning to retire. Definitely not a deal. If you are not using in a NAS, I rather be getting the wd blue.

With today's ssd technology and low prices, nobody in their right mind should be using a mechanical drive as their OS drive.
