For you Home Assistant, tinkerers.... this works with HASS. I use mine to control a Govee light (using HACS) that I made an ON AIR sign for.

How the OP headline is worded looked like you were going to get a mechanical keyboard PLUS a 15 key Stream Deck (2 items instead of just a Stream Deck that is mechanical keys based)

They came out with a 2.0 version that has a removable USB C cable and slightly different stand, but they are otherwise identical.

Those are $150. Just picked this up at AZ for $99 yesterday and can't wait to start playing with it.

Loupedeck Live "S" will eat this at $129. I have the LoupDeck Live for $250, but the new S will compete with this.

I got into the Loupedeck after the Streamdeck XL was posted from Adorama for $150. Did some research and ended up buying the $250 LoupeDeck Live.

The "S" version will be cheap and the key killer features are scroll wheels. So if you do photo editing, video editing, you can adjust things. Then the app is better for macros. E.G. I can click on a macro to open up a terminal, fire up "vim" editor and do all the shortcuts.

You can program pretty much anything to a click of a button. There are various software add ons to the OBS streamdeck that allows you to do so. For example you can have a button that starts up a specific web page, a specific program, a specific macro, control multimedia, control smart devices, etc. If you aren't computer savvy, it would take a bit of researching to figure it all out but even then it is rather straight forward (as long as you have basic reading comprehension). If you don't spend that much time on your computer, this is not worth anything to you imho.

Elgato specializes in selling really basic products at massive markups. They've been selling USB keyboards backlit with a low quality LCD screen for years now and people act like it's revolutionary. I'm surprised there aren't numerous knockoffs - but I am happy to see someone actually improving on the design with tangible and functional additions. Though I thought for sure by now there'd be a dozen Chinese knockoffs using off the shelf parts for half he price.
