Btw, I also have the insignia numpad, it has a "000" key, it simply sends 3 consecutive 0s as far as I can tell, I cannot find a way to map it anything other than "0" key.
The Stream Deck software makes it really easy to map keys to program functions (change a scene or toggle a source in OBS) and the images on the buttons can change on the fly (which stickers can't do). But they start at $100 list for the 6 button model (frequently found for $80) and go up from there, so you're paying a price for the convenience.
I put together a class on using OBS and the stream deck for Zoom/Meet classes. Google "Spiffing up your Online Presentations on the Cheap" to find a YouTube video, web article, and powerpoint slides.
