This is a Korean brand and as most Korean beauty brands have been sought after recently they are just trying to ride the "Korean Wave" which has been taking over the world. This thing costs a lot more when sold in Korea and has really good reputation and is a bargain at this price. But I would say it's not for everyone as it is a premium product but with an unknown brand for low Americans but if you'd like to try it then it's worth the price especially with the sale.
My SO picked up a set from Costco on Manager discount (likely an online return) to try it out and fell in love with it. I love the way it smells! In for 3!
Did a search for "Paraben" and "Phosphate". Didn't see it. Dye could be anything.

Just a quick review here.
I am one of those that really takes care of my hair as a male in his 40's. I decided to switch to this brand two years ago after reading its reviews and seeing it on sale. I went with the 2 treatment option since I am one of those guys that puts conditioner in his hair everyday even without shampoo'ing (The "treatment" is conditioner) so my hair feels smoother.
When I first switched I found I was losing a bit more hair when I used it and upon using it more I think its gotten better. The shampoo does have a tinting color to it so may color your whites. I can't notice a difference in my tint but I don't have much white. Overall, I think my hair feels smoother, is probably healthier (feels that way) and my product goes well into it after I get out of the shower.
I just picked up another set. My first literally did last me almost 2 years so they are big bottles and I use it pretty much everyday with a small amount.
Bought during last promotion on sd, my wife doesn't like it. It'll make hair smooth while washing, then feel so dry as hell with itchy scalp. Not good product for us.
