The point of a supplement is to "supplement" an already healthy diet. Many people have vitamin deficiencies even if they already eat a full and balanced diet. This can be due to health reasons or perhaps a medication they are on contributes to the deficiency. Should that person eat 5 oranges every day? if you are low in iron is eating 2 pounds of red meat a good option? Low on vitamin D....just drink a gallon of milk? See how poorly this logic plays out?
If you dropped out of HS...please stay out of health related posts.

All was good until i read the last paragraph, all good is pissed off with bad attitude. I rather stay with the HS drop outs than hangout with educated idiots.

Why is spreading false information less inflammatory to you than another person calling them out for the act? Do you think that my lack of politeness to a person offering bad medical advice is the greater of those two evils? LOL...I'd disagree. The problem in this world is we are supposed to be nice to everyone with a 'differing opinion,' no matter how much harm that opinion causes or the fact it is being perpetuated by a person who knows they are lying. We aren't talking about your choice of ice cream or favorite college sports team here...but real world wrong information with real world repercussions.

Especially doctors and nutritionists. But, what do they know, Dylan watched a youtube video.
orange has vitamin *c*, maybe not as much as in a pill. People buy non GMO, organic and etc. people like natural foods than dinner in a can. Like I said, the last paragraph is the kicker, i stop when I am ahead.
