Bought a 77' inch SONY OLED from BuyDig in a previous sale.
I do not recommend buying from them.
Item arrived weeks late with only a single delivery person despite being a large, fragile item.
Delivery driver needed my help getting the TV from the truck to my living room.
It takes multiple people to properly unbox the TV, so while I was able to inspect the screen I was unable to inspect the bezzle until I had more assistance.
Upon unboxing it later, discovered the item had been dropped and there was damage on the bezel.
After a couple weeks, the top right hand corner started to display dead pixels and bubbling.
BuyDig refused the return, at first saying "there's a 30 day return period" and then telling me it starts "from the date of purchase, not when the shipment arrived" when I pointed out their website advertises 45-days. Also, it had only been 30 days because it took them a week to respond. My actual inquiry was within the 30-day timeframe.
PayPal was also not helpful. Managed to negotiate the refund, but I was on the hook for the return shipping.
I was mostly worried about the bubbling increasing overtime, so as I compromise I asked for a 25% discount so I could purchase a no-fault warranty from SONY if it did worsen, but BuyDig would not do this either.
I hear you. The cause of the issue is definitely the shipper's fault, no doubt.
But when I reached out to BuyDig for the exchange, I'd only had the TV for about 15 days.
To get to their "30 days", BuyDig included the time I didn't have the TV because it hadn't arrived yet, and they also included the week they took to respond to my support inquiry.
What I didn't get into in the post is I ended up keeping the TV because shipping it back would have cost nearly half its price.
So far the bubbling hasn't gotten any worse and as it is now it's not a big deal. TV is otherwise fantastic.
If everything goes well, you can get a really great deal, for sure.
But go into it being aware that if something goes wrong with your $2000 purchase, BuyDig's customer support is less likely to resolve your issue, and more likely to manufacture reasons why they don't need to get involved.
I just got this set last week and the picture is amazing. UI is a bit clunky coming from a Roku user. The remote is needlessly long. The LG mouse pointer remote function is annoying AF. (can't disable it) Aside from that it's an incredible set.
edit: also want to mention how ridiculously light this tv is. I wall mounted this by myself. I don't recommend it but it can be done.
2nd edit: one thing that I noticed only after setting it up was the viewing angle is nearly perfect from any direction with little to no change. it really is a sight to see.
I have an "old" B7 65" and been looking for a reason to upgrade. Are the evo models that much brighter and is it worth instead waiting for the Sony 95K to come down into the 2000s instead?
Bought one, it's past time to replace my aging samsung ks8000 2016
Yo, I'm also about to replace my KS8000 (60") with a 77" C2! Recently moved and the new TV room is bigger, so 60" is not cutting it anymore. Excited for the leap in image quality and perfect blacks!

They pulled every swindler trick they could.
That's not necessarily a BuyDig issue, sounds like a shipper issue (the 1 delivery guy, plus the damage).
The 30 day return period part is kinda BS, but I've never had an issue with any of my TV purchases, all of them coming from BuyDig.

I plan to hang it on the wall, so the stand isn't much of a concern.
