I've never had a Cryo, but heard a lot of good things about it from those who do. List price of $68.99 is a joke. Blade steel is 8Cr13MoV, which Kershaw does a competent heat treat on in my experience. Buried in the Amazon ad specifications it says the country of origin is U.S., but this knife is absolutely made in China. 2.75" blade, framelock, SpeedSafe assisted opening, four position pocket clip, flipper tab and thumb studs, all-stainless build, solid little knife with very good reviews.
But the knife game is getting mighty competitive in the $30 range if you look at Ganzo, QSP, CRJB, and others.

Any more specific recommendations for the $30 knives. I'd like something like the speedsafe assisted opening for quick one handed opening.
The Cryo 2 is 5.5 oz. It is the heaviest pocket knife I have ever owned outside of a Buck 110 (a brick with a belt holster). If I have on basketball shorts, it tries to pull my pants down. I'm amazed you don't consider it heavy. I love having it in my car or for camping, but I literally never carry it because it is pretty close in feel to carrying a small .38 pistol. I would highly recommend most people look for 2-3 oz knives if they plan to carry them often.

Around $25 dollars on Walmart.com. Slightly higher on Amazon.

After hearing all the hype I bought one and ended up hating it.
