I've had my LG front load washer and dryer since 2006 still going strong. Move them from my last house to our new one. I want to eventually replace them and would like to have steam option in the dryer that mine is missing. The wife wants it to break first before spending money on a new model.Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

Also have my LG side by side fridge in my garage from 2006 also still going strong. My Samsung fridge on other hand only made it just over 5 year mark. I would consider LG again without hesitation.

ordered on the 8th, suppose deliver on the 12th(today),
but yesterday, didn't get any call/email about delivery.
online status have no changes
but I saw my cc credited the amount of my order.

chat with CS and said it haven't ship and will get back to me from the appliance team.
at end of today, got the cancellation email and the online status changed to cancelled.

the whirlpool on the costco website still say available(didn't say out of order) and still can be added to the cart.

I was going to order the kenmore, but sounds like it'll get cancelled.

you are suppose to setup a 2nd appointment guy to do the gas pipe set up.
that's what they said in the email and on their website.
and if your area require permit, you have to pay the plumber that's doing the gas connection install​

I ordered the maytag washer and dryer and got cancelled today but it was still in stock so I called costco and they said they had an issue with their system cancelling people's orders. CS rep said to purchase another one and put in a price adjustment request to honor the cancelled item's price, using a reference number she made annotating the error.

I just finished calling in Costco a second time after receiving a tracking number for the reordered item and they said they have submitted a refund request for it after referencing my support ticket from the first CS rep.

I wish our Costco delivery guy said the same thing when hooking up the Kenmore set. He attached the gas hose but then we ended up with a leak and the local gas company had to come out and re-install the gas connection. Pretty scary stuff!
