For starters, we'll assume you meant 10,000mAh because otherwise your comment is gibberish.

Even then, can you show us a battery at $10 per 10,000mAh with PD, bidirectional charging, with 140w of output? Because if you can, I'd love to see it. Otherwise let's all just agree you have no idea what you're talking about.

You'll need to check the power requirement of your Dell.
The Anker can output 24V @ 5A hence PD 3.1
The other voltages are 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V, 20V @ 5A.

It should be ok though that can differ per airline. I think normally the max you take without requesting special permission is around 100 wh or more less around 27,000 - 28,000 mAh. From reading some reviews, I think this around 86-88 wh / 24,000 mAh so it should be ok to carry on a plane.

For what it's worth, the insignia battery I received already has too many issues. Stopped working all together on three different occasions and then magically started working again, and if a cable is plugged into it (regardless if the cable is plugged into a devices the power drains (of course you could say to just make sure nothing is plugged into it when not in use but it's a flaw nonetheless).

I agree that this Anker battery pack is still too steep for me, but I'd be willing to bet it's more durable and reliable and probably lighter than that Insignia (the Insignia weighs significantly more than similar mah RavPower and Anker's I've had).
