Shipped mine on the 19th and it was delivered the 21st. Hasn't been marked as received by the trade-in company yet but that's normal as the last time (4 days to deliver) it took 4 days before they marked it as received and then it was processed the next day.

If you do decide to return, once they do proceeds your trade-in it'll be a google store credit so then you can just order again assuming the price is still the same (which it should be).

I have had a Fedex driver steal a Samsung Ultra phone and then again steal a Samsung Galaxy watch this past year. Then last week they delivered my Milwaukee power tool set to the wrong address. So it depends. The quality of most services have declined since the pandemic.

Read the Best Buy thread, same issues with extremely slow shipping of trade in boxes - and they're using UPS.

freaking hosed for being a loyal Pixel customer after their botched 6.

I'm about to do my second free warranty screen replacement... dead pixels and a glitching screen in August, and more dead pixels and dead touchscreen areas just started yesterday. Bought the 6 pro at the end of January.
