Avoid this phone like a plague. While the phone is great while it works and so is the camera, I constantly have issues with dropped calls and incoming calls going straight to voice mail … I didn't believe the reviews about bad reception and still bought it and now I am outside of the return window

Have my fingers crossed for the 7a. I feel like the a version of the Pixel phones are almost always better (relative to the price) than the flagships, and I feel like if google can fit this performance into an even smaller screen at a slightly lower price point it may finally get them the market share they desire from Samsung.

At $300 I think it's a good deal for a brand new phone. But I would encourage people to consider certified refurbs from either Amazon or another reputable retailer. You can get a galaxy s21 from Amazon for this price and imo it's got better specs and from what I hear less buggy software.

Decent lower end phone. But finger sensor does not work well and there is no wireless charging. Camera is okay. I decided to return it and got Pixel 7 Pro

Forgot to mention that the battery life on the 7 is also way better. Again another weird thing that Google did with lowered specs but actually better performance. But the charge will easily last all day and then some. Only caveat is that it isn't a gaming phone. For that you will want a Samsung or iPhone.
