The 10th gen absolutely supports NVME. No question. I've seen multiple videos agreeing on this point.
But I haven't found anything definitive on the 11th gen.
Thanks
Pros: It worked great, and I appreciate the full 1920x1080 at this price point and having 16GB RAM and 500GB SSD for that price point was great.
cons: One minor gripe on backlighting not being consistent with black screen--but what do you expect at this price point.
Picked it up as an emergency spare. Tested that it plays Bluray MP4s great over USB-C. Tested that it runs older games (eg: UT2004, Serious Sam, AOE, etc.) and they ran great at the native 1080.
These will not run modern games, but I think most should understand this.
I have to assume the prices are this good because the deliveries were delayed, and the orders were made when all the stimulus checks were occurring--since then things have kind of dried up. Liquidation to get rid of all the surplus stock.

These are the specs of the dell i got:
Dell Latitude 7390 2-in-1 2-In-1, 1x Intel Core i5 Quad (i5-8350U) 1.70 GHz, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB HDD, No Optical, Intel Integrated Graphics, Backlit Keyboard, Windows 10 Professional
judging by reviews, i may just stick with my dell, it cost less, and has a better build quality. plus touch and backlit keyboard.
This laptop's iGPU is also 3x the power of the Dell's iGPU, bring it up to par with the AMD Vega. Not that this is a powerhouse, just that the older Intel iGPUs are very under powered in terms of 3D performance.
They are not completely comparable. The Dell is a 2-in-1 that you can fold into a tablet and also draw on its screen. This one is a traditional laptop. If by build quality you mean construction material sturdiness, absolutely. That is not equal to reliability though. Remember the Dell may or may not develop power chip issues that may need a motherboard replacement.

Good points, plus HDD vs SSD makes a significant difference.
It does feel and look a bit cheap. The touchpad isn't great especially w/ multitouch, and I'm worried about the keyboard (some of the keys are feeling a bit spongy). Also, the webcam sucks. All pretty expected for the price point though.
