Please be careful about when it says Rent Payments. Only specific rental companies are covered in it.Triple Check with your rental company if they accept it.
I have this card, I love it, I also have a CSR card, it uses the same expedia portal, but at 1.25 vs my CSR which is 1.50.
You can game this card really well to just amass a ton of points and for those of us that pay $$$ in rent, it's basically a free $700 each year. They do a 'rent day' each month on the 1st where there's a 4x and 6x multiplier on most transactions for points.
I don't carry a balance, so I'm def a bad customer for them.
Using the 50k pointsmax on rent and converting to Amazon gift cards, it ends up being an equivalent of 0.69% cash back on $50k of payments if I did my math right. So where is the advantage in this card for rent vs a credit card that gives lets say 1.5% cash back???

There was a deal earlier where the points were worth 50% more.

Because you'd can't pay rent/mortgage with another card (unless typically paying a fee). This is about earning a yield on something you typically can't use a credit card for.

Anyone tried using this CC to pay property taxes and still get points without fees? I currently don't use the escrow for my mortgage payment and was wondering if could just use the routing and account number.
I tried searching the FAQ and this thread but nothing really on it.
Be aware! Most of the times rent checks never reaches on time (even after 22 days of shipping) via USPS the service what BILT has. and charging $10 for FedEx if you need tracking…

Why would you ever convert points on ANY CC to AGCs? Some of the worst redemptions ever.

I order my Bilt rent check on the 1st of each month, it arrives no later than the 12th every month. That's more than enough time.

also what kind of limits can I get? think I'll only want a high limit as it'll be a high spending card and dont want to pay off early/manually.
It sucks all credit cards hasn't all moved to apple style application where you can see your limit before accepting/hard pulling.
Everyone should ask these credit cards to switch to apple style applications
