Ah, what it should have launched at. Nice. Combine this with the Micro Center $130 R5 3600 w/Gigabyte b450 combo and you have a cheap 1080p machine.

Thanks. Picking this one up for a new build and then will upgrade to the 7800XT later next year. This one will hold me over on the cheap and then I can drop it into a secondary system.

As far as waiting for it to get cheaper. I thought about that but $189 is pretty cheap for a good low-mid level card and with 8gb of Gram it should be good for a few years. Sure it MIGHT get cheaper by $20 - $30 but there is a bottom on everything. Even lowly Video Cards that run at 1/10 the speed of this still go for $100 or so.

I was not willing to risk them selling out just to save $20. In a few weeks we will find out but I needed a card now.

The Mech cooler is pretty terrible - I had a 5700x and it was alarmingly toasty. But for this price on a lower tier gpu you it should be fine
