If you manually overclock/tweak the hell out of a 5600x and leave the 5600 stock, you might be able to get 10-12% more performance in certain workloads. None of these chips have a ton of overhead.
Or put your money toward a 5700x ($175 at MC right now) or 5800x, B550 and a cheap/stock cooler for $300 and have way more performance than the tweaked out $400 5600 setup.
