Good deal, it was $320 in Oct.
Back in early 2022 when first launched on Kickstart, it was $200 (first 2000)/$230 (first 2000)/$270 for the rest. Been waiting for it to go under $300, so I'm getting one.

I have the Eufy smart lock with fingerprint reader. It works fine except that the battery drains faster than I expected. So I wouldn't recommend this lock with camera+doorbell. Unless it is hardwired version.

It has a beefy battery, haven't tested much but it's intented to suppor the lock and camera for several months

Do the due diligence. Other Eufy smart locks have 10k mAh battery just like this one. Don't get fooled by words

For prime day this was pretty much brand new so they were not going to drop the price much. For a 2K camera this is still pretty expensive but its a nice all in one package. I really wanted it, but in the end decided it was too much since I already had a camera system. I got a cheap fingerprint/keypad deadbolt lock with no wifi or app related smart features for $50-65 (bought a 2nd one) and its been a great couple of purchases. Just love leaving the house knowing I dont have to carry my keys anymore.

Weird no name brand of Teeho, this one to be exact and its on lighting deal for what I paid for it around Prime day. Both the ones I got were in silver color to match the door hardware, but they got 3 total colors.

Since it has no wifi or internet connected features it has no security threats to worry about for the "its made in China crowd".

Just keep in mind that these locks still have an issue with the gears inside either wearing prematurely or tolerances being off, causing jamming or grinding. If you find that acceptable, I'd suggest buying an aftermarket warranty, just in case.

The wifi radio inside varies in quality, so some might detect your network with no issues or not work right next to your router.

The 10k mAh battery size is standard on this form factor. It's kind of a pain that they only have a micro-usb connector for charging.

Eufy/Anker warranty support is the same for all Chinese retailers, where English is not their first language and specific issues will get lost in translation, but if you keep pushing the issue, they will eventually replace your defective item.

Also their app is lackluster and will keep popping ads or changing to emphasize their lack of improvement, but no issues with adding buttons to let them use your video for their own ads. Would be great if they actually improved the UI or added features that competitors offers.

Regardless of who you choose, make sure to segregate these cameras from your home network.

Only real thing I would contradict here is the whole gear thing, no matter what lock you buy smart or normal dead bolt they are all machined the same way so there is nothing to prove your statement that they can wear prematurely based on what science? They open and close the same way as standard locks so your not adding any additional wear or any major difference to the mechanics so yeah.... A improperly installed lock will wear no matter what lock it is with regards to smooth operations and batteries, that would be the installers fault not the products.

I have this and I'm loving it. It feels super sturdy and well built, and the fingerprint functionality is flawless so far.

I missed this deal again? I have it in my saved later but naturally I won't be alerted to a price drop if it's a coupon code. Lame.

Edit: Jumped the gun. Coupon code still works.

Does it have to be installed directly on the door? We have a storm door in front
