Has anyone been able to resolve these 10K points not added as pending in the account after activation, and how was it done???
Another problem is that this 1200/1200/1200 plan does NOT show up in my account and also does not show up in the Tracfone web site as an available plan.
The 2 new lines with the new phone #s show up as active but no plan data though.
The 1500/1500/1500 plan from a previous line still active, shows up and it's also on the Tracfone web site as an available plan.

Ok, re-read the guide and am a little confused.
Do I turn on/activate the phones now or do I wait till the 61 days are up to move the minutes/service over to my main line?
-Chatted with an agent and asked to add a device to the account but not to activate
-10K points shows up right after 10 sec, then I asked to add the second phone
-I saw 20K points showed up, then end the chat
-Turned on 1st phone and connected to wifi
-Tried to activate from the phone, kept failing, then
-Logged on to my account and click Activate, and typed in the IMEI of the phone
-Restarted the phone and tried to make a call. First, it wasn't working, so I restarted the phone, then it worked after the second reboot.
-Repeated the same process for the 2nd phone. Both phones were activated with no issues.

My current understanding is that the 8000 point referral bonus is now dead and the maximum is 5000. Was not long ago the 8000 point bonus was still alive though.
Since you are not adding a line to an existing account I'm not sure you would get the 10,000 point bonus on both phones. To claim the 10,000 bonus on both flip phones you would need an existing line. Maybe buy the cheapest SIM + service bundle and use that with the A20 to establish your first line and then follow the guide for rewards setup. After that you can add each flip phone to your account as a new line as shown in the guide. After 61 days you unlock both flip phones and they fetch pretty decent money once unlocked IF you keep them in like new condition. After the flip phones are both unlocked you use the chat feature to terminate each of the additional lines and ask them to merge the minutes from each flip phone onto the line with your A20. Sounds like a lot of steps but it's not hard so long as done in correct order.
Whatever SIM you use with the brand new A20 make sure you keep that same SIM inside the phone for 61 days so you can unlock the A20 without any issues. Swapping SIM cards around screws up the countdown timer for your A20 as I found out the hard way. If unlocking doesn't matter to you then you can go wild swapping SIM cards between Tracfone devices. They don't seem to mind.
