I bought this a little under two years ago, my first attempt at a mesh chair after being disappointed by various other styles the past few I've owned.

From the beginning it was not good ergonomically -- the head rest is not likely to work for someone
tall e.g. 6ft plus probably have to he a fair bit under that for it to give you good head / neck support.
It is removable but didn't adjust for anything remotely usable for me.

I have also had numerous quality / durability problems with it since then even starting within the first few months for the degradations.

The arm cushion rubber is cracked and flaking off sizable chunks along the inner sides of each arm.

The mesh of the seat has torn and basically gotten a "flat tire" long ago so it provides no good sitting support any more than sitting on a lopsided piece of torn sagging fabric over a not suitable for sitting underlying structure.

The reclining / back support is broken and not really reliable or usable seriously.

etc.

I am under the specified weight and usage limits so it should be working better but it isn't.

Yet another in a long line of supposedly adequately rated office chairs that just break dissapointingly
well before they should and have baked in fatal design flaws for ergonomics or reliability or usually both.

Get something better. I'm never getting another mesh chair.

Just bought this since I could pick up in store. The chair feels much too firm for my liking. Everything from the back, bottom cushion and arm rest all feel super hard. If I was able to test sit in this chair, I probably would not have gotten it. Just some info for those considering it.

The bottom mesh will be "sagging" / stretching in no time if it's like mine.
The problem is it doesn't "break in" to a comfortable form fitting state and stay there, it keeps going until you have
a "flat tire" and your seat is not supported right or at all.

The back mesh breaks in a little and hasn't failed on me yet per se. though the overall back structure has problems.

The arm rest foam doesn't change firmness though it cracks / flakes in time.

I've had one for two years, but it only got used for work for 6 months. No sagging though.
