Stop with this nonsense. There are uses for curved monitors and there are uses for flat monitors. Let people decide for themselves what is best. For me, I wanted a large monitor in my garage workshop where I could see videos on a fairly large screen, but also have something wide enough where I could have side by side windows when I'm researching something. This flat monitor is perfect and I bought it last month when it was on sale for the same price. I love it. And a curved monitor would have been a "downgrade" in my scenario.

Sounds like you shoulda just got a 4k TV 😂

3840x2160 will fit much more content than this and be much more easily visible in a garage setting due to it's size + usually being brighter.

Not a programmer, but I do build websites (low code), Graphic design, publishing design, some video editing. Would it pair well with a 24" 1080p monitor?

I keep seeing the "neck workout" stuff. Is this a real concern?

I have 3 of these monitors side by side for over a year. i use them for trading every day of the week for atleast 5-8 hrs. No neck problems at all. I have them a little further away from me and no issues with them not being curved. If they are too close to your head you may need a curved one, otherwise they are fine for me. I also never tried a curved one so i dont know how thats like… but I'm guessing my neck wouldn't suddenly hurt if i tried curved and came back to this. Only issue i have is my eyes get strained after staring at them for awhile (could be the same with any other monitor)… Wearing blue light blocking glasses help. Def best monitor i have for the price.

Yeah I get that, what I was referring to was that fact that it's not curved. I have a 34 WQHD ultrawide but it's curved, I seen this one on display at a local Walmart and hot dang not something I would buy for ergonomics. Just my opinion.

Depends on the gaming. If it's competitive gaming, then it's extremely important. If it's casual gaming then 60Hz is fine.

Hz rate is the speed that the screen refreshes. If you are in a game where you and an opponent are trying to shoot each other, the first one to see the other has the edge. If your refresh rate is slower than your opponents, they may see you first and shoot faster. For looking at word docs or excel sheets, is not so much a problem.
