Non-TotalTech Members price is $249.99. I have had this since 2018. So far so good!

You must not live in a cold weather area. Being able to start up your car while inside, when your car is covered in snow, and freezing cold. That's the use case.

Insane deal! I think the best this has ever been was $120 2 years ago. I've got this installed on 4 cars so far, and it has never failed me.

I added the total tech membership to my cart, and also added two kits. The first one is showing at 139.99, the second one is still 249.99. Any idea what I'm doing wrong.
You may have to purchase separately

I find that people who have never had remote start don't understand how convenient and simple it is for this cheap luxury, and the ones who do have it will never own another vehicle without it 🤣

Installation is included.
not sure why the website says installation is required instead of included. It's included though because got this a few years back. It does take forever to get an appointment though.

I'm currently waiting for the Viper DS4+ to get installed on our 2012 Prius (the appointment time was over a month away). Wondering if this kit would be better, although I don't have the TT membership, so the Viper is still cheaper. Anyone has any experience with the Viper ones?

Compustar is more popular. Will this one even work on a Prius?

why would anyone want to start the car remotely? what's the use cases here?
The test case is if it's cold outside, the car is all warmed up when you get in if you start it remotely. No sitting there in the cold waiting for it to warm up.

Depends if you need the drone feature. You do pay a monthly fee for it.

Anyone know of anything that works on newer model Mercedes? Hate the idea of paying a subscription.
Check out this company. A Mercedes dealer I used to be a tech for used to be a dealer for their setup. It worked quite well. It also uses your factory remote, so you don't need to add another one to your keychain.

Does removing another aftermarket alarm and installing this included in their installation? I have a crappy sidewinder system that is intermittent and occasionally shutting down my truck I believe due to some faulty wiring. Would love to change out for this and be done. Would love it if they did the wiring as well over me trying to find the relays on the old system.
