The 4th Gen Air has 4gb RAM and the Pro has 8gb RAM

I think means what're differences between Air (5th gen) and Pro 11 (3rd gen), given same price.. which is better?

I was looking at the M1 vs M2 in the iPad Pro, differences are mostly academic, with a 18% faster processor in M2, won't make a difference in the real world, unless one is hitting it with heavy workloads that needs the extra 18% power in M2. Glad I was able to get in to order this.

This is the best deal so far for the 11" Pro Wi-Fi with the M1. I'm a little surprised the prices for iPads and PCs have dropped so much this season. I was on the fence since I already have a 2018 Pro 10.5", but at this price I had to pull the trigger. I will be future-proofed probably until 2028 or so if I can hold off refreshing before then. I already scored the 2021 iPad with the earlier Target hack for a child to refresh a 6th Gen. It is certainly possible if there is a major global recession next year that prices for iPads and PCs could go even lower, especially refurbs or used ones.
I used the Target hack with the Logitech Pen and have a red card so it was ~$560 OTD! Good luck!
What's the target hack?

So your comparing $500 vs $521 ($21 difference) between Air and Pro? I'd get this Pro.
Yes just did Smilie

I missed out on the Air deal anyway. Hopefully Target does not cancel this.

Pretty inefficient but almost certain you need to return the same one you bought. I am a TotalTech member so it shows the Serial on receipt, assume they track it for all but not 100% certain
Ugh thats annoying. Any idea if there are restocking fees if open?

Actually you could stack 10% cc deal which took another $34 off so who's the troll d!ckwad
Quote from TheKingofDeals :
He might have had a CC offer that stacked. I know I did on my AMEX.
A stacked CC doesn't count as its personalized to certain users who own that CC. I don't have an amex so I don't get to stack extra 10% discount.

Similar to military exchange deal that not everyone can get the deals.

Very nice, picked one up. Trying to see if it justifies an upgrade from my 2 year old A12Z iPad Pro. Trade in values are decent, and I get a new battery and slightly better unit. Maybe worth it?

Thanks for posting. Been waiting on an 11in iPad Pro deal and kept missing out.
This is great as I have the Redcard.
128GB was so tempting but went with the 256 as it's still a great deal.

this is really good deal. at the same time it's scary that prices are going down so fast. recession imminent?
A lot of people were pretty disappointed with the improvements going to the m2 iPad Pro but a YouTuber brought up a good point that if Apple believes a recession is imminent it makes sense to not invest heavily in an upgrade if you don't expect a lot of sales on premium products. Interesting theory anyways.

Add the Logitech Pen to the cart with the iPad Pro (for the ipad 9th Gen it was add 3 accessories). Order both. Then go back to your order and immediately cancel the pen only. The remaining ipad will retain a discount of about $10. Just search Slickdeals for iPad Target and it should come up.

Had I not gotten a M1 air for $399 OTD at aafes, I would jump on this.
Same. Around Veterans Day I was able to pick up the new iPad Air 5th gen 64GB in blue for $399 with no tax at AAFES since I'm active duty military. My current Air 3rd gen 64GB is now out of storage. I should probably return the Air 5th gen one and get this one. However, this Pro is now a year old. Decisions, decisions. What would you guys do in this situation?

For media consumption, OLED Android tablets have been trouncing iPads for years now, with the slight exception of the expensive miniLED 12.9" iPad Pro. And I say this as someone who uses an iPhone and MacBook
But given the battery life, the quality of apps the apple ecosystem connectivity and the software support …I don't mind that small deficit.
