I was able to purchase three Instacart $200 gift cards in three separate orders before I was cut off. Paid for all three with PayPal. I did not use a VPN or private browsing in case the use of either might cause difficulties In placing the order or paying with PayPal.

Redemption code information for the cards came through for the first two cards within 10 minutes and for the 3rd within 20 minutes

Promos are not really guaranteed to happen exactly when I need groceries. This way there's a set 20% discount, but if there's an added promo I'd get more of a discount.

Can confirm this works, however in order to take advantage of Discover 5% cashback on Apply Pay, I had to play with the email addresses in my apple pay profile.

So I did two transactions for two best buy accounts and paid with apply pay both times (using Discover Card within Apply Pay that gets 5% cash back on Apply Pay right now) and then I was able to get a 2nd purchase on my second account, and it appear as though I was going to be able to get a third purchase on my second account as well (for a total of four purchases.) With $600 already covering a year's worth instacart purchases I didn't push my luck on the 4th, but it definitely would be possible.

There is a window in between when you make your first purchase and when it locks you out against making additional purchases with the discount (probably ~10-15 minutes.) In order to take advantage of this, you need to finagle apply pay or use paypal so you don't get "CIA" error (CARD IN-USE ALREADY.)
