This thing is not using GaN Tech so it is huge. If you look around Amazon, you can get GaN Tech charger that support even higher Watts like 61W PD for not much more at much smaller size.
That's what she said
A few other Spigen chargers appear to be marked down as well but I can't comment on the particular value of them vs other brands. But I like Spigen because they're one of the few tech accessory companies that does any manufacturing outside of China (their cases are made in Korea). Their chargers are all made in China I believe.

This charger uses 4-year-old technology. It is much larger/bulkier than modern chargers. It supports USB Power Delivery fast charging, but not PPS which is the fastest safest charging standard used by Google, Samsung, and others. For $7, it may be useful as a backup, but it is not something I would use everyday.
This is the best reply. I'm done with ruining batteries and burning out main boards using cheap generic ac adapters.

Cheap adapters are often missing one of the voltage ranges your device needs and they have unreliable output. Your device may then charge but not at the optimal voltage which results in overheating the battery and or the device shortening its life.

A brand name 45 watt USB C PPS adapter will safely power most newer phones, laptops and Chromebooks up to 14".

The latest technology employs temperature sensing at the device port with automatic power reduction to keep the battery cool.

Belkin 27w Boost Qualcomm QC4+ is a great value at $10 on ebay with a certified cable although large because it is not GaNi. It supports USB C PPS as well as older protocols. Belkin uses top notch components and genuine Qualcomm controlers. TMO had them in stores with their p/n TMO M61265. I only buy the version with QC4+ printed on the side of the adapter.

Will this help me with charging my pixel 7? It is driving me crazy, how slow it is.
It has the power to charge your Pixel 7 at a decent rate, but to get the maximum fast charging for that phone, you want a charger that supports PPS (programmable power supply) -- not just GaN or PD.

There have been several posted here on SD recently. Just search for "PPS."

I recommend sticking with known brands with warranties when it comes to charging your $1,000 device, but if you want the lowest price, there are many in the 25-30W range that have been under $10 on Amazon this week (this one [amazon.com] was $5.99 yesterday). The best deal for a name brand 25W PPS charger remains the Samsung deal on Groupon (2 for $20 [groupon.com]), which even comes with cables. The most compact and popular name charger would be the Anker Nano 3 deal for $16.

The Samsung deal on Groupon mentions PD but not PPS, is there way to confirm?

How does the Spigen 100w GAN compare to the Anker 100W that was posted a while back?

Pretty similar overall. Spigen is a tiny smaller but 15% thicker. With two things plugged in, Spigen does 45Wx45W while Anker does 60Wx40W. The Spigen could be an issue for laptops, with two things plugged in neither port can do more than 45W whereas at least the Anker can do 60W.

Yeah I had the same concern but the Samsung site says PPS and I had some Groupon credits to use so I took a flyer. They are legit OEM and delivering the super fast charge on my Pixel 7 Pro. And the USB C cables are high quality.

Thanks and repped!

I plan to get a pixel 7 pro so that's exactly what I needed to know!

The considerable length seems to somewhat defeat the folding plug thing, to where the only benefit is prongs not being bent during travel. In exchange, they may now break off or fail to swivel/stick from use.
