JUST FYI!!! the 6500xt (with warranty) it just a replacement for the rx580 (no warranty) in performance if you are running at PCIe 3.0. At Pcie 4.0 you might gain maybe 10-15% more performance.

For the free game offer the 6500XT and 6400 only gets Dead Island 2.
Calisto Protocol and Dead Island2 is for 6600 and higher only.
Thanks for the heads-up, I'ma pass on this "deal"
This is the worst GPU ever made. only 4x4 pcie lanes.

Wow yea. I cancelled too. Not worth it without Callisto

Yeeep
I ran my own benchmarks as well before/after upgrading CPU, mobo, RAM. The very similar RX 5500 has been fine for me since I'm playing through my backlog (ancient games up to 2020). Before my upgrades, I was running on PCIE 2. Had no issues as I made sure games ran with the 4GB VRAM available. I think people are complaining too much about this card based on some reviews that tried to find the worst case scenarios for this card, although I'd agree the original price sucked.
Fwiw, the 2014-2020 releases I've benchmarked using an RX 5500, Intel 11th gen, and 1080p ultrawide are running at 55-80 FPS high, 65-95 med. You'd get better FPS if you're using standard 1080p. I'm planning to get an RX 6650 XT or RX 6700 once I get around to some demanding 2023 releases.
I don't now how to confirm 100% without contacting Asus to ask but as written it should apply w/ Amazon.

Per TPU, you'd need to jump up to the RTX 3050 (+31%) or RTX 2060 (+52%) to get in the ballpark 44% figure you mentioned. Given that the RTX 3050 still hovers around $280+, it makes this look like a deal lol. The next decent deal going up would be an RX 6600 (+69%) for ~$200.
