I didn't have that problem.. I got my unlocked on the 60/61th day automatically, got my $200 amazon gc and spent it already, got my airpod 3 in the mail.

Since I already have verizon, Im probably not going re-sign up till my mint is over in may but yes, like every mobile service vendor, they all have significant amount of complains and issues. You'll never find a company with 100% no issue

I got charge 3 dollars per esim move from mint.. so fk them... I already sign up for red pocket. Waiting for my mint to die out so I can port out.. 1 bar at work and 1 bar at home. Im not missing much

Sharing this for visibility, anytime you activate on esim, there is a fair chance that it will not be unlocked as esim in sim enabled phone is secondary imei.

I faced this issue with my 13 pro & 13 pro max, what i did - got a physical sim and on 40th day it was unlocked - this was with Tmobile & i am sure this is the reason for anyone going thru esim based activation.

I did port into Visible 3 lines around 6 months back for $200 promo card and then ported out after 3-4 months after receiving all promo gift card. One of the card didn't trigger automatically which Visible customer care took care after multiple followup. Being said that, yes there were few hiccups but it was great money making deal with cashback, visible promo, etc combining all...
I dont mind dealing with them again.

Question is, how soon I can use those same numbers to port in to visible after using previous promotion? Can I use same email id's used last time?

Can get service for $25 a month if you join a group. You can search them up online.

Visible changed policy couple months back, no more $25 group plan now.

I plan on switching from Verizon this month. Can I buy now (so they send the SIMs) and port after a couple of weeks? I did the two weeks trial of their service with an eSIM and activation worked flawlessly on my iPhone 12 but I am hesitant after reading all these stories.

Visible users: do you get a lot of spam calls? I am doing the 14 days trial and I get a lot more than on Verizon.

Nothing changed. They're scamming people the same way they always have. never agree to accept anything after 90 days. Your bank and credit card won't help.

As of my previous experience, you meed to activate your number on Visible within 14 days of placing order to be eligible for the promotion.

Not entirely true. Their customer service is not available via telephone that's the hard part. But you can easily catch them on Twitter/Instagram/Facebook. And they promptly reply your request. Make sure you contact them right after your third monthly service payment.
